AGM

The AGM will be held on Tuesday 22 February 2022 at 7:00 pm.  All families who are enrolled at ANOOSHCA are welcome to attend.

If you would like to stand for nomination as an office bearer (President, Vice President, Treasurer/Public Officer, Secretary) please complete and return the nomination form.

As we are required to notify the regulatory authority within 14 days of appointment, any newly appointed committee member will need to complete the WWCC and criminal history check as a priority to allow time for these to processed and subsequently submitted within the 14-day limit.

If elected to a position which requires you to be a signatory to ANOOSHCA’s accounts, you will also need to visit the Annandale CBA branch in person to provide relevant identification and signature sample.

Some office bearer positions also require the person to have a PRODA ID.
